Which countries do you ship to?
We are a US-based company that ships domestically to all US customers.
We also offer international shipping to most countries.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We take great care to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order and prepare it for shipment.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination country. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept several forms of payment through our secure checkout process powered by Shopify. These include major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments through PayPal and Apple Pay.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

If your order has not yet been processed and shipped, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and any changes you need to make.
However, if your order has already been shipped, we won't be able to make any changes or cancellations.
What is your return policy?
We are a small studio that strives to provide the highest quality products and services to our customers. Due to our limited capacity, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for most of our products. However, if we ship the wrong item, we are happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
